My Sweet Boyfriend

Paranoia is attacking me everytime I ride a tricycle at night from office. This started when I’ve seen the news on television that a girl from UST was killed by a tricycle driver when she tried to defend herself when the driver attempted to rape her. Gaaah! People now are monstrous!

So, I told these things to my boyfriend.

Last night, when I have already alighted in the tricycle my cellphone suddenly vibrated. It was him. And when I asked him why he called, this was his answer..

Boyfriend: I just wanna make sure that you’ll be safe on your way home. Please stay in the line until you arrive inside the house. I love you.

Honestly, I was expecting him to accompany me. But he didn‘t. But then again he surprised me in his own different way. It‘s much happier when you least expect it.

Magandang Dinosaur

Love Doesn’t Have A Price

My boyfriend treated me a bowl of porridge(lugaw) with egg && boiled quail eggs for our monthsary. And when I thanked him, he stared down and said:

HIM: I feel shameful and little. It’s our monthsary and I should treat you with something more than this cheap porridge && quail eggs.

ME: You’ve just bought me something that I like. I don’t care whether these are cheap or expensive. My happiness doesn’t depend on that. Your effort and thoughtfulness is something more than the price. And having you beside me, it is priceless. I love you.

Masyado kasi akong iritable. Eh, kapag babae madalas moody naman talaga diba. Konting bagay kinakatampo ko. Kanina nagaway na naman kami kasi nga ang bilis ko mainis. Tapos sakto pa, I was wearing a skirt.

Expert Flatterer

I keep my bangs down for today because I just don’t feel like clipping it up. And to my surprise, he appreciated my look. It is not usual for him to complement me regarding my looks.

HIM: Ang ganda mo ngayon.
ME: Weh? Bolero!
HIM: Promise. Ang ganda ng mukha mo. Para kang artista. Bagay pala sayo yung bangs mo. Ang ganda mo.

Bolahan to the extremity, huh? Expert flatterer. Haha! But he just made my day. :)
